When you come in, we will need you to bring with you a few things that will also make the process go much faster & smoother for you.
Identification – your state driver’s license or ID Card
Proof of Income – your two most recent paystubs if paid bi-weekly, or four most recent if you are paid weekly. If your income is Social Security, we will need a copy of your award letter. For most other income types, we will need four months of bank statements showing the deposits. If you are self employed, we usually need last years tax returns as well.
Proof of Address – if your ID or paystubs don’t have your correct address, we will need several pieces of mail, a copy of your lease, or four months bank statements
Insurance – Lenders will generally require full coverage insurance. Providing us with your current policy information helps speed up this process.
Trade in title – If you have a trade-in, bringing your title allows us to verify ownership.
