Josh and Tony at auto king are always very helpful and nice I have gotten a few cars there now I’m always happy with the cars and they have definitely gone above and beyond with there service from fixing issues to coming and jumping my car and bringing me to my car they definitely have done way more than they needed to get me into a new better vehicle and I will always choose them over others

Painless I always dread going to a car lot being hammered showing you all kinds of stuff then taking forever signing papers and the back and forth of payment and so forth. Didn’t have that here. Total time was about 2 hours including going to the bank to sign papers. This included test driving the car of choice. I was very impressed how quick it was.

This was a very good experience, Tony was wonderful in getting me all set up for test drive and all the paperwork done in a timely manner. The owner Josh was great and because it was setting on empty he gave me cash to fill it up, was good of him. It had enough to make it to the station and he gave me money anyway. Above and beyond what I expected. And I got a good deal on a nice car. Edit: I will have to take the car back to the them to fix and or repair whatever the duck tape it no longer holding up under the passenger side of car. And the back wiper arm is cracked and not working properly. I will call tomorrow and make arrangements to correct this issues. Not sure if the tape is something they did or or overlooked ??? Update: 11/11/24 talked with Tony this morning and talked to him about the issues and he said he would order the wiper arm and get back to me and he did. Arm is ordered and I have and appointment next week to replace it and check the rest of it out. Thanks Tony. 11/18 update: took the it back today for the window wiper arm to be replaced and whatever the duck tape was holding up and Tony checked the oil for me and it wasn’t low so all issues have been corrected. I really like this car and I believe I got a good deal. Thanks to Tony and the mechanic for taking care of these minor issues. I would have to say my only concern is is that it wasn’t checked thoroughly and it makes me wonder what else was overlooked 🤔. This is the first time I’ve had this happen. Check your car fax it should say if it’s been checked. Mine had been serviced and some repairs had been done 5/24 so it should be good until I need oil change. Other than that it was a good experience and I would consider buying from them again.

Haven't gotten a new car in years and was pretty nervous until I checked out and test drove a car at Auto King in Eau Claire. Great customer service and wonderful atmosphere for such a smaller car lot. Definitely check them out if you're looking to upgrade on your old vehicle. 5 ☆ and 2 thumbs up.
